Administrators can review and edit a learner’s claimed subcredit after it has been submitted. In the user’s course tab, the intersection page shows how much credit and subcredit were claimed. A pencil icon lets admins modify these amounts, even for courses where the learner or admin originally allocated the credit. This effectively rewrites the learner’s claimed history, so it should only be done when necessary. If a mistake was made, the course setup should also be corrected at the course level. The video demonstrates that claimed subcredit amounts can be viewed and updated in the learner’s backend.
